- Eno's Pizza Tavern: A neighborhood pizza tavern that opened in 2008 and now operates three locations across North Texas. Eno's is built on great food, craft beer, and community-rooted hospitality.
- Shane Spillers, Expert EOS Implementer: Shane's professional practice is helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams run on EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System). This is a B2B professional services brand built on thought leadership, network, and trust.

This seat is accountable for the Brand Experience function across the portfolio:
- Champion the brands. Refine brand parameters for each, steward them in their respective markets, keep them distinctive and consistent.
- Strategy and the yes/no filter. Decide what we pursue and what we pass on.
- Programming & events. For Eno's: collabs, beer dinners, community events. For Shane's practice: workshops, conference programming, and community development engagement initiatives.
- Digital marketing. Websites, social, email, content, paid – across all brands.
- Reputation management. Reviews, PR, influencers.
- Print collateral & branded items. Off-premise signage, menus, swag, leave-behinds, conference materials.
- Marketing processes. Build the systems and rhythms that let marketing run predictably and measurably.
- Lead the team. Direct manager of our Marketing Project Management & Execution lead, with Graphic Design and Photography/Videography rolling up beneath. (LMA: Lead, Manage, hold
What Success Looks Like in the First 6–12 Months
- A clear brand strategy and yes/no filter for each primary brand.
- An annual programming and events calendar for Eno's with owners, budgets, and KPIs.
- A content strategy and working lead-gen engine for Shane Spillers' EOS practice.
- A digital presence growing where each audience actually spends attention.
- Marketing team running on predictable processes, weekly scorecards, and quarterly rocks.
- Measurable lift: traffic and repeat visits at Eno's; qualified pipeline for the EOS practice.

- A portfolio marketer. Comfortable flexing between consumer hospitality and B2B professional services without losing rigor in either.
- A strategist who ships. You can build the strategy, run the event, launch the content, and send the campaign.
- Plugged into culture. You know what's resonating, what's tired, and where the next guest (or the next coaching client) is actually spending attention.
- A storyteller and hype person. You can rally a room: staff, guests, business owners, partners, and press.
- A project manager. You take great ideas across the finish line.
- A team builder. You lead with clarity and accountability, making the people around you better.
- Comfortable with founders. You can take strong direction on brand-defining decisions without losing your own point of view.
- 7+ years in marketing, brand, or community/events leadership; 2+ years managing people.
- Demonstrated range across B2C and B2B. Hospitality, restaurant, or food & beverage on one side; professional services, coaching, agency, or consulting on the other. Candidates with only one will be considered if they show genuine range and curiosity.
- Track record of designing and activating events that drove measurable business outcomes.
- Fluency across digital channels including emerging platforms (TikTok and Reels for hospitality; LinkedIn and podcast/long-form for B2B).
- Experience with reputation management and PR.
- Personal-brand or executive thought-leadership work is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with EOS / Traction is a strong plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is an in-person position. Virtual is not an option.
- Reports to the Integrator directly, with direct access to the Visionary
